Action points limits your daily action at hPublo. At 00:00 and 12:00 (server time), you get a refill of at least 30 APs, depending on your agility attribute.
In the gym, you can choose to train Strength and Agility. While agility gives you more Action Points, more strength makes you more influent in battles. You can train up to 8 times per day, combining strength and agility. Each training session costs 10 Health Points (HP).

On the day change (00:00 in game time), you '''lose a specific amount''' of your strength and/or agility. This rewards players' consistency and ensures that in a medium/long term, new players can be as powerful as old players as long as they are committed, keeping the game balanced.

The amount of strength/agility/intelligence lost on the day change is as follows:

At the gym, you will be able to train agility and strength. More agility gives you more action points per refill, and more strength makes you give more damage at battles. You can train up to 8 times a day, combining strength and agility, costing 10 health points. Just like intelligence, this attributes are going to drop if you miss a day at the gym.
* Between 0 and 10% strength/agility/intelligence -> 0.1% loss
* Between 10% and 20% -> 0.9% loss
* Between 20% and 30% -> 1.7% loss
* Between 30% and 40% -> 2.6% loss
* Between 40% and 50% -> 3.4% loss
* Between 50% and 60% -> 4.3% loss
* Between 60% and 70% -> 5.2% loss
* Between 70% and 80% -> 6.1% loss
* Between 80% and 90% -> 7.0% loss
* Between 90% and 100% -> 7.9% loss
* 100% -> 8% loss.
This means that you '''cannot''' have 100% in both intelligence and agility, and it is up to you to decide which attribute benefits you more.

The university is the place where you can study. Study gives you intelligence, which is used to raise your productivity and to research. You can study up to 8 times a day, and it costs 2 health points. As mentioned before, this attribute will drop each day your citizen misses university.
In the university, you can study and research. Studying raises your intelligence, which increases your employees' productivity (if you have a company) and allows you to research for your country. You can study up to 8 times per day, and each time you study will cost you 5 HP and 1 AP. Your intelligence decreases on the day change just like strength and agility.

A citizen can only research upon reaching Intelligence 50%. Therefore, it is not going to be explored in this tutorial yet.

Health points is one of the most essential attributes of your citizen in hPublo. You have to have at least 20 HPs to be able to do most actions in hPublo. You can recover it instantly by eating food. At daychange, it is automatically recovered to 100 HPs.

Hello, citizen and welcome to Republik of War! You are in a virtual world with real players, and you can decide if you want to be a Journalist, a General, an athlete, a tycoon or a great politician. This brief tutorial will help you get ready to play in less than 2 minutes!

Context[edit | edit source]

In our virtual world, every country starts from its own territories in their quest to becoming the greatest nation of all time. You are a citizen of your country, and the president, the ministers, the congressmen and all other players are humans. Your actions and your interactions define your future.

Work[edit | edit source]

Working is the easiest way to make money. You can use money to buy food, weapon, houses and even hire employees to your own companies. To work, you must find a job in the job market. You can work up to 8 times per day at the cost of 5 Health Points and 1 Action Point each time you work.

Action Points[edit | edit source]

Action Points limit the amount of actions you can perform in the game. Each action (work, train, study, fight etc.) costs 1 AP.

You gain 1 AP when the clock in the header of the page reaches zero. The limit of Action Points that you can accumulate depends on their agility and quality of their active house:

Agility AP Limit
0-6 30
7-13 31
14-17 32
18-21 33
22-25 34
26-28 35
29-31 36
... ...
100 85

OBS: The full table will be available in another article.

Gym[edit | edit source]

In the gym, you can choose to train Strength and Agility. While agility gives you more Action Points, more strength makes you more influent in battles. You can train up to 8 times per day, combining strength and agility. Each training session costs 10 Health Points (HP).

On the day change (00:00 in game time), you lose a specific amount of your strength and/or agility. This rewards players' consistency and ensures that in a medium/long term, new players can be as powerful as old players as long as they are committed, keeping the game balanced.

The amount of strength/agility/intelligence lost on the day change is as follows:

  • Between 0 and 10% strength/agility/intelligence -> 0.1% loss
  • Between 10% and 20% -> 0.9% loss
  • Between 20% and 30% -> 1.7% loss
  • Between 30% and 40% -> 2.6% loss
  • Between 40% and 50% -> 3.4% loss
  • Between 50% and 60% -> 4.3% loss
  • Between 60% and 70% -> 5.2% loss
  • Between 70% and 80% -> 6.1% loss
  • Between 80% and 90% -> 7.0% loss
  • Between 90% and 100% -> 7.9% loss
  • 100% -> 8% loss.

This means that you cannot have 100% in both intelligence and agility, and it is up to you to decide which attribute benefits you more.

University[edit | edit source]

In the university, you can study and research. Studying raises your intelligence, which increases your employees' productivity (if you have a company) and allows you to research for your country. You can study up to 8 times per day, and each time you study will cost you 5 HP and 1 AP. Your intelligence decreases on the day change just like strength and agility.

A citizen can only research upon reaching Intelligence 50%. Therefore, it is not going to be explored in this tutorial yet.

Health Points[edit | edit source]

Health Points (HP) is a fundamental attribute of the citizen, representing wellness and tiredness. Most actions demand health points (studying, working, training, fighting, participating in Research Races). You can recover health points consuming food. On the daychange your health points automatically recover to 100 HP.

Fight[edit | edit source]

In a battle, citizens fight to inflict damage in the opposing army. Each fight costs 1 AP e 10 HP and the amount of damage dealt depends on your strength and Military Rank.

You have a 20% probability of dealing a CRITICAL fight (+20% damage) and a 20% probability of inflicting a bad luck fight (-20% damage).

Battle[edit | edit source]

When two countries are in war, a battle can be started to dominate a region. The winning country gains the right to attack the losing country and controls the disputed region.

The battle is divided in 4 hour rounds, and the first country to win 4 rounds wins the whole battle.

The 3 citizens from each battle are awarded with a Helper medal, visible in their profile, and GOLD (3 GOLD for top 1, 2 GOLD for top 2, 1 GOLD for top 3 from each side).

If a citizen wins a Helper from both sides, they also win a Both Helpers medal and 2 GOLD.

The citizen that deals more damage during the whole battle wins a Battle Hero medal.
